26th Annual Plaza District Festival Food Truck Vendor Fee
DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE NO RECEIVED AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL!
By paying this fee you and the food vendor you represent agrees to participate in Plaza District Festival, Saturday, September 27th, from 9am- 11pm. In consideration for such participation, Vendor agrees to the following:
● Vendor agrees to utilize only a low decibel generator and/or a box or device to muffle the noise of a louder generator.
● Vendor agrees to keep its state food license(s) current through the event, and to comply with applicable state laws regarding safe food handling.
● Vendor agrees to pay the sum of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00)
● Vendor agrees to arrive on September 27th, no later than 10am., and shall remain on premises through the conclusion of the event at 10:30 pm, unless released by a Plaza District staff member or Festival chair.
● Plaza Business Alliance, event presenter, agrees in exchange to: Arrange for health inspection of participating food trucks and procure necessary licenses in conjunction with presentation of Festival, including the Vendor.
● Provide a designated location for Vendor to conduct business during Festival.
● Include Vendor in promotional materials leading up to Festival.
